I love this take on innovation. Designed to innovate the US school system, but with applications to advertising, media, product development in general. A very well defined and structured workshopping process, the right innovation skillsets (both insight, strategy and implementation) and a limited time period does it every time. AND prototyping. Taking that last step from concept to actual product!
