Ahhh well alrigh. Here it goes. ZO made 4 points that would be of great importance going forward. 1) Content Accessibility – there are so many possibilities for new marketing. Video as storage , video streaming, blogs, photo, PR WOM, etc.; Communities – set your brand free. AG Lafley of P&G ewas quoted as having said: “ The more in controol we are, the more out of touch we are”. Interesting but oversimplified; 3) Brand Utility – everyone talked about this down here. Widget and applications will apparently save advertising; 4) ROI – rigour, tracking and other performance metrics will become even more crucial in the coming years.
