I do like this film. Chipotle the latest brand owning up to their mistakes and amending their ways. And I love Willie Nelson’s interpretation of the Scientist. Like it was made for this purpose. So maybe this actually is a well deserved Grand Prix Winner for the Film category in Cannes Lions. Previously I guess we have seen Domino’s Pizza own up to mistakes and a bad product in their communication here in the US and in Denmark Danske Bank did their ‘Whoops, I’m sorry’ campaign a few years ago.
